Thanksgiving

This has been a very rough year for many of us - mentally, physically, emotionally and financially. This Thanksgiving we are reflecting on the positives that have happened for our families in 2020. In February Jim and I welcomed our first grandson with our son and daughter in law, we are awaiting the arrival of our second grandson with our oldest daughter in the next few weeks. We celebrated our second youngest daughter's high school graduation in July then in August we moved her into her dorm to start her college education at UGA, in August our youngest daughter started high school via virtual learning and has since transitioned to in person classes. Steve and Barbara welcomed not 1 but 2 great grandbabies in 2020! In March we decided to rebrand Magnolia One Realty by designing a new logo and relocating our firm from Douglasville in Douglas County to Villa Rica in Carroll County in July. Jim passed his real estate broker exam and became our Broker in August. We have helped 17 families with their real estate purchases and still have 5 more that will be closing on their purchases before the end of 2020. We are thankful for all of clients, customers, friends and most of all family! Happy Thanksgiving!!
