Today, as the COVID-19 situation continues to rapidly evolve we here at Magnolia One Realty, Inc want to let you know we will be available to assist you to the best of our abilities. We are focused on making the best of this challenging and rapidly changing situation. We take the safety of our staff, their families, and our communities seriously, and want to ensure that we’re doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. At this time we will be providing emergency maintenance to you in the event of a plumbing back up, electrical issue to your appliances, or any health or safety issue that may arise during this time. For minor repairs we will review them on a case by case basis and the request may not be completed until the risk of COVID-19 is gone. In the event of a fire, natural gas leak or other natural disaster please dial 911.
With rent coming due in two weeks we encourage you to utilize your tenant portal to pay your rent. If you have not already activated your portal please take the time to log in and familiarize yourself with the portal. You can find the portal on our website at www.magnoliaonerealty.com under the residents tab on the home page. Not only can you pay your rent via the portal you can also submit work requests and include photos of the request to help our team see the issue. You can see when they are assigned and cancel a request, if need be.
