We wanted to inform you that we are complying with the Douglas County directive to shelter in place beginning March 26, 2020 through April 10, 2020. The office will be closed during this time. We plan to reopen on April 13, 2020 providing the county lifts the directive as planned on April 10, 2020.
We will be checking for rental payments at the office for those of you who still mail and or hand deliver your rental payment. This is an excellent time to activate your tenant portal, if you have not already done so. You can find the portal on our website under the "Residents" tab. There is no additional cost to you to pay your rent via ACH, there is a 2.9% fee to pay via debit or credit card. You are still required to pay your monthly rental payment, however, if you are one of the tenants being affected by the COVID-19 virus and have lost your job or find yourself unable to pay your rent, please contact us before your rental payment becomes due in order for us to work with you and the owner of your rental property on your rental payment.
We will still be available via telephone and email if you need assistance or have a question or concern.
